cre84.me Domain Registration Terms and Conditions

Effective date: [DATE]
Last updated: [DATE]

These Domain Registration Terms (“Domain Terms”) govern domain registration, renewal, transfer, restoration, privacy, and related services purchased through [FULL LEGAL BUSINESS NAME], doing business as cre84.me, located at [U.S. BUSINESS ADDRESS] (“cre84.me,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

“You” means the customer ordering domain services and, where applicable, the registered domain name holder (“Registrant”). If you act for another person or organization, you represent that you have authority to act and accept applicable agreements on its behalf.

These Domain Terms supplement the cre84.me Terms of Service at [TERMS URL].

1. Our Role and the Sponsoring Registrar

cre84.me provides domain services as a reseller through sponsoring registrars. We do not represent that cre84.me is an ICANN-accredited registrar.

Sponsoring registrar or registrars: [INSERT ACTUAL LEGAL NAMES AND APPLICABLE SERVICES].

The sponsoring registrar for a domain may also be identified through the ICANN Registration Data Lookup Tool at https://lookup.icann.org or, where applicable, the relevant registry’s lookup service.

Your domain registration is subject to the applicable sponsoring registrar’s registration agreement:

[INSERT REGISTRAR AGREEMENT LINKS, INCLUDING INTERNET.BS IF ACTUALLY USED].

We will identify and make the applicable agreement available before you complete an order. Any acceptance required by the registrar must be obtained as part of that process.

2. Applicable Agreements and Policies

Your registration is subject to:

  • These Domain Terms and the applicable cre84.me Terms of Service.
  • The sponsoring registrar’s registration agreement.
  • Applicable registry rules and domain eligibility requirements.
  • Applicable ICANN policies for domains within their scope.
  • Any separate privacy, proxy, premium-domain, or other service terms disclosed with your order.

Mandatory registrar, registry, and ICANN requirements control where they apply to registration administration. These Domain Terms control over conflicting general cre84.me terms concerning our domain services, except where mandatory requirements or applicable law provide otherwise.

Country-code domains may follow rules different from those applicable to generic top-level domains.

3. Eligibility and Authority

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into this agreement.

You must meet the eligibility requirements for each domain extension you request, including any residency, business, professional, or other qualification.

If you register a domain for a client, employer, or other party, you must accurately identify the intended Registrant and obtain the necessary authorization.

Payment for a domain or access to a customer account does not, by itself, establish that you are the Registrant.

4. Registration Requests

Domain availability checks are preliminary. A domain is registered only after the sponsoring registrar and registry successfully process the request.

Submitting an order or making a payment does not guarantee registration. A requested name may become unavailable before processing finishes or may be rejected because of eligibility, reserved-name, technical, or legal restrictions.

Review spelling, extension, registration period, and Registrant information before ordering. A completed registration generally cannot be edited to substitute a different domain name.

If we cannot complete an order, we will refund payment for the uncompleted service unless you authorize another resolution.

5. Registration Rights

A domain registration provides rights for a limited registration period, subject to the applicable agreements and policies. It does not create perpetual rights or grant trademark rights.

You are responsible for determining whether registering or using a domain infringes another party’s rights.

We do not provide trademark clearance or guarantee that a registration will be free from disputes.

6. Registration Information and Verification

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information required by the sponsoring registrar or registry and update it within the applicable policy deadlines.

Required information may include your legal name, organization, postal address, telephone number, email address, and evidence of eligibility.

You must respond to verification requests within the stated deadlines. Inaccurate information, failure to update required information, or failure to respond may result in suspension or cancellation under the applicable registrar agreement or policy.

Maintain a working contact email address that does not depend solely on the domain being registered.

7. Privacy and Registration Data

Our Privacy Policy at [PRIVACY POLICY URL] explains our processing of personal information.

Providing domain services requires sharing registration and transaction information with the sponsoring registrar, registry, and other authorized service providers. Applicable rules may also require escrow, retention, publication, or disclosure of certain information.

The information involved and its permitted uses are described in the applicable registrar agreement, privacy notices, and registry policies.

You must provide required notices to, and obtain any legally necessary permissions from, individuals whose information you submit.

Privacy or proxy services, where available, are governed by separately identified provider terms. They do not guarantee anonymity or prevent legally required disclosure.

Privacy or proxy provider and terms: [INSERT DETAILS OR STATE THAT THIS SERVICE IS NOT OFFERED].

8. Prices and Payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Before purchase, we will disclose applicable registration, renewal, transfer, restoration, premium-domain, service, and tax charges.

Current domain fees are available at [DOMAIN PRICING URL], including renewal, post-expiration renewal, and restoration fees where applicable.

Premium domains may have higher recurring renewal prices. Any applicable premium renewal price will be disclosed before purchase.

Future prices may change following notice required by applicable law and policy. Changes will not retroactively alter a completed purchase.

9. Automatic Renewal

Automatic renewal applies only if you enroll and provide any required consent.

Before enrollment, we will disclose the renewal period, price or applicable pricing method, expected charge date, and how to stop renewal.

Automatic renewal charge timing: [INSERT ACTUAL TIMING].

You may disable automatic renewal through [ACCOUNT SETTINGS OR DIRECT METHOD]. If you cannot access that method, contact [BILLING CONTACT] promptly.

Turning off automatic renewal does not cancel the current registration or refund a renewal already completed.

A failed payment may prevent renewal. We will communicate payment or renewal failures as required by applicable law and policy.

10. Expiration and Recovery

You are responsible for keeping contact and payment information current and monitoring expiration dates. We and the sponsoring registrar will provide notices required by applicable rules.

If a domain expires, websites, email, and other services using it may stop working. The domain may enter an expiration, redemption, deletion, auction, or release process under the applicable registrar and registry rules.

Applicable expiration and deletion policy: [LINK].
Post-expiration renewal and restoration deadlines: [DETAILS OR LINK].
Post-expiration renewal and restoration fees: [DETAILS OR PRICING LINK].

Grace periods and recovery options vary. Do not assume that a domain can be recovered after expiration. Once released or acquired by another party, it may no longer be available to you.

Any expiration-related disposition remains subject to mandatory notice, renewal, redemption, and dispute rights.

11. Transfers Between Registrars

Transfers require compliance with applicable transfer policies, authorization procedures, and registry requirements.

A transfer may be restricted by an applicable lock, pending dispute, court order, or another permitted reason. Registration, renewal, and transfer periods or charges vary by domain extension.

We will assist with authorized transfers and provide access to required transfer procedures consistent with the sponsoring registrar’s obligations. We will not impose restrictions that conflict with applicable transfer rights.

Starting a transfer does not guarantee completion before expiration. Confirm its completion and the resulting expiration date.

12. Changes to the Registrant

Changing the registered holder or certain contact information may require verification, approval from affected parties, acceptance of a registration agreement, and an applicable transfer lock.

Any available lock opt-out must be exercised in the manner and timeframe permitted by the sponsoring registrar and applicable policy.

These Domain Terms do not appoint cre84.me as a designated agent for Registrant changes. Any such appointment requires separate authorization identifying its scope.

13. Domain Disputes

You agree to the dispute policies applicable to your registration, including, where applicable:

  • The Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP).
  • The Uniform Rapid Suspension System (URS).
  • Registry-specific or country-code dispute procedures.

Applicable policies are available through the sponsoring registrar and registry and, for ICANN policies, at https://www.icann.org.

Domains may be locked, suspended, transferred, or canceled as required by an applicable dispute decision, valid court order, or binding policy.

Any submission to jurisdiction required by a registrar agreement or dispute policy applies separately from the general court provisions in these Domain Terms.

14. Acceptable Use and Abuse

You must not use domain services for fraud, phishing, malware distribution, unlawful exploitation, infringement, or other unlawful conduct.

You must comply with applicable laws, registrar abuse policies, registry restrictions, and any sector-specific rules disclosed for your registration.

We may investigate credible abuse reports and coordinate with the sponsoring registrar or registry. Restrictions will be based on applicable agreements, policies, legal requirements, or reasonably necessary action to address a material security threat.

Abuse reporting contact: [ABUSE CONTACT].

DNS hosting, forwarding, email forwarding, and other related services are included only where stated in your order.

You are responsible for authorizing and checking requested configuration changes. DNS changes may take time to become visible across networks.

Domain registration alone does not include website hosting, email hosting, certificates, or a service-level guarantee unless expressly stated.

Included domain-related services and limits: [INSERT DETAILS].

16. Account Security and Authorized Instructions

Protect your account credentials, recovery methods, and transfer authorization codes. Enable available multifactor authentication where practical.

We may require reasonable verification before processing sensitive instructions.

Notify [SECURITY CONTACT] promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or an unauthorized domain change. We will cooperate with the sponsoring registrar’s recovery procedures, but recovery cannot be guaranteed.

17. Cancellation and Refunds

You may request cancellation or disable renewal through [METHOD].

Canceling hosting does not automatically cancel a domain. Canceling a domain does not automatically cancel hosting or other subscriptions.

Completed registrations, renewals, transfers, and restorations are generally nonrefundable unless a refund is required by law or expressly offered before purchase.

Additional domain refund policy: [INSERT POLICY].

You may cancel future automatic renewals without requesting immediate deletion of the domain. Requests for immediate deletion may be irreversible and may cause loss of the registration.

18. Suspension and Termination

We or the sponsoring registrar may restrict domain services where permitted or required by applicable agreements, including for material breach, failure to verify required information, unlawful activity, qualifying nonpayment, security threats, or binding legal or policy requirements.

Where practical and permitted, notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue will be provided. Urgent circumstances may require immediate action.

Termination of your cre84.me account does not automatically transfer your registration rights to us. Domain administration and any transfer request remain subject to applicable policies and agreements.

19. Service Limitations

Except for express commitments and rights required by law, we do not guarantee domain availability, successful registration, successful transfer, uninterrupted DNS operation, or recovery of an expired or compromised domain.

We remain responsible for obligations we expressly undertake. Nothing in these Domain Terms excludes liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

20. Liability and Third-Party Claims

The warranty, liability, and indemnification provisions of the cre84.me Terms of Service apply to our domain services to the extent lawful and consistent with these Domain Terms.

Separate registrar and registry provisions may protect those providers as specified in their applicable agreements.

Any additional indemnity or third-party beneficiary provisions required by the sponsoring registrar or registry must be included in the agreements identified and accepted during ordering.

21. Changes to These Domain Terms

We may update these Domain Terms prospectively.

We will provide advance notice of material changes through [NOTICE METHOD], ordinarily at least [NOTICE PERIOD] before they take effect. Changes required by law, ICANN, a registry, or the sponsoring registrar may follow the implementation schedule required by that authority.

Where affirmative acceptance is required, we will obtain it.

Subject to applicable rules, you may disable future renewals or transfer an eligible domain if you do not accept a change. These options do not eliminate accrued rights or mandatory legal remedies.

22. Governing Law

Our relationship with you under these Domain Terms is governed by the laws of [U.S. STATE] and applicable federal law.

Subject to mandatory consumer protections, disputes concerning our services may be brought in the competent state or federal courts located in [COUNTY, STATE].

This provision does not replace a registrar’s separate governing-law provisions or jurisdiction requirements applicable to domain disputes.
